Happy Friday! Don’t know about you but I am SO ready for the weekend! And so are the folks from The Conjuring. It’s looking like the scary movie will break $100 million by the weekend. Not bad for a $20M budget. UPM for the flick, Chris Bromley proudly said, “It’s climbing up the ladder in the top 15 horror films.” Woo Hoo!
Our local boys from Hank and Jed Movie Pictures are attending VidCon in Anaheim. While these YouTube partners got their learn on in California, they ran into Double Rainbow Guy, Paul “Yosemitebear” Vasquez!
Sleepy Hollow is off until Monday. They will head to the fabulous stage 10. While off, some of the folks were in Los Angeles for the The TCA Summer Press Tour. Some noted words from Cast and producers during the panel:

Town leaders in Boiling Spring Lakes are examining their filming rules and are considering new ordinance changes. It would establish guidelines for productions who want to shoot in Boiling Spring Lakes. If it gets the greenlight, the town would force production companies to pay a $25,000 deposit. WECT reports, “The town manager says the thought is to draft an ordinance which would make the rules similar to places like Southport and Wilmington.”
Eastbound and Down head to Thalian Hall for the day.
Christmas in Conway begins production this Monday. And a huge birthday shout out goes out to Mary Louise Parker! She turns a fabulous 49! She could be celebrating with her co stars that were named yesterday: Andy Garcia and Mandy Moore!
