Iconic Media Production is bringing THE FIVE to North Carolina.  This $10 million drama recounts the true story of five young African American scholarship students who battle racism at a private Christian school in the Deep South.   They are in active development but said they are eyeing a production start date sometime this fall. The CEO of Iconic Judi Bell will produce while screenwriter Matt Nicholas will write and star in the project.

A cast announcement should follow soon.  Director has not yet been named. No word yet on where in North Carolina they will set up shop.  I will keep you posted!
