Ahhhh! The day has come! It’s back to work for some more Wilmington film crew members. Today is day one of production for the History Channel series Six. That makes two productions running. It’s like we’re ALMOST back to normal.
The fact that we can run 5 crews deep means that a lot of our crew members are still working out of state or will be in Western NC. But hey, it does feel great to report on two productions rolling at once.
FOX’s Shots Fired will start production in Charlotte in about 2-3 weeks. April will also bring us Dirty Dancing and Three Billboards Outside of Ebbing, Missouri further west in the Asheville area.
You’ll spot the lighting and grip trucks downtown today as they shoot on the steps of the Post Office on Front Street and Union Station on the campus of Cape Fear Community College.
TNT’s Good Behavior will be shooting around Screen Gems today.
