Ever wonder how characters, props and creatures are made for television and film? Take a behind the scenes look at the film industry with local award-winning makeup, special effects makeup and prosthetics artist Jeff Goodwin.

His credits include David Lynch’s cult classic Blue Velvet, Rambo III, The Last of the Mohicans, the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Empire Records, Ang Lee’s Ride with the Devil, A Walk to Remember and War and Peace.

Love this! Congrats to Blue Mountain State: The Rise of Thadland. They won the award for Trashiest Trailer during the Golden Trailer Awards, held in Beverly Hills last night.
Here’s the complete list of winners.

Not too much going on today. Good Behavior is on the 600 block of Castle St. SIX is shooting on the lot. Fun day too! They get to play with prop guns including semi-automatic weapons/simulated gunfire and a special effects explosion during filming.
