We get the chance to see our awesome Aisha Hinds today.  I don’t think I have seen her since last season!  What a woman! tscc3 We do have a star returning to Wilmington for one of the productions and it is killing me to not be able to tell you.  If said person calls me this morning, I will let said person tell you! Sorry! Charlie-KaufmanAs FX’s How and Why preps for their first production day, The Wilmywood Daily would like to welcome the brilliant writer director Charlie Kaufman into town!  Yay!  Yesterday they were out scouting locations.  Did you see him around town? ncfilmThis week for the Community section of Entertainment Weekly, I will be changing it up and I am very excited about it.  My article/ interview with Jason Mott is being pushed towards the season finale of the show (Sorry Jason!).  HOWEVER, I was asked to write basically my DREAM article.  After a group discussion I was asked to write a bit of a tourism piece on Wilmington that includes, locations from the show, where the stars hang out and how the residents feel about the film industry having a prominent role in our city.  I was like, ‘Are you kidding me!!?  OF COURSE I will write it!’  I am so proud to be able to share with a worldwide audience the awesomeness that is WIlmington!  So PLEASE SHARE it when it is published!!  BEG! PLEAD!  I will post it on FB, Twitter, Tumblr and anywhere else and I can!  I think It will help us in our fight trying to save our industry and of course increase tourism in our town, which leads to more $$ in our small businesses’ pockets!  It should come out tomorrow.
