Happy Monday Wilmywood! I hope you enjoyed the wonder weather and fun this weekend. Let’s do this!

A Short History of Decay
Director: Michael Maren – Cast: Emmanuelle Chriqui, Bryan Greenberg, Kathleen Rose Perkins, Harris Yulin, Linda Lavin
Max Steel is off except for a minor driving scene they will be shooting today. Under the Dome shooting off Sunnyvale Dr. and Sleepy Hollow is on the soundstages today.
ICYMI: We were so bummed that Kristen Wiig wouldn’t be here because the feature film The Heart fizzled out, however, it was a pleasant surprise to see she has been cast in what we still call Loomis Fargo to star opposite Zach Galifianakis and Owen Wilson. Relativity has already set a release date for the untitled armored car project. It is Aug. 14, 2015.
If you haven’t seen this, Robert Conley and the crew did a phenomenal job! Keep It Rolling is an 11minute short documentary about the North Carolina Film Tax Incentive. WATCH IT NOW!
FILM INDUSTRY DAY @ THE NC LEGISLATURE ATTENTION: Small Businesses and vendors!
If you want to be an active participant in the film industry day at the NC Legislature on June 4, 2014 from 9am to 1pm please email NCFilmDay@gmail.com
The most important people that need to attend are the small businesses. These are the folks we need to put on a bus and send up to Raleigh. So whatever businesses you are friends with please reach out to them and pass this message along. Its so imperative that they come. More important than the crew more important than the background extras because when they see businesses it will really hit home.
Perry’s Emporium has the exclusive NC Film Pendants in stock now! They also ship everywhere, so call them to order one or stop by and pick one up! Price: $39.95 Located at 2520 Independence Blvd in Wilmington 910-392-6721 They are open Tues – Sat: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm. I am wearing mine proudly!
